CONTRIBUTOR BENEFITS

The Recognition Policy for Contributors is designed to acknowledge and show appreciation for contributions to the conference. The policy provides discounts on early registration fees as summarized in the table below. The discounts are applied:

  • To the early registration fees regardless of when registration is completed.

Keep in mind when choosing a registration category, what registration level is needed to get into your presentation.

All registration categories includes admission to the Exhibits.

Appy Hour

Eligibility: One contributor per accepted demo

Art Gallery

Eligibility: Up to two contributors per accepted piece

Implementation details

Contributors will receive a single code for the appropriate number of registrations listed above. Discount codes and instructions for online registration will be available end of July.

Each contributor gets the highest discount available without aggregating discounts for multiple presentations. Discounts are ONLY transferable to an individual who is a co-contributor or co-presenter of the work and recognized as such on the SIGGRAPH 2020 web site.

If a contributor’s employer is willing to pay for registration, SIGGRAPH encourages the contributor to waive the recognition discount. Any overall savings goes to enhance the overall attendee experience at the conference.
