Sriranjan Rasakatla is a 1st year PhD student in Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology. He has 13 years of experience in research in academia and industry. His research interests include robotics, human computer interfaces, human robot interaction and system design/integration. He works towards culmination of robotics and human computer interfaces. He has developed legged robots, snake robots, object following robot, camera mouse software, Earthquake and accident detection systems, robotic humanoid hand with the highest degree of freedom in the world in the past. Currently he is working on cyborg insects.
