Charalambos Poullis
Biography
Charalambos Poullis is an Associate Professor at the Department of Computer Science at Concordia University where he serves as the Director of the Immersive and Creative Technologies lab. His current research interests lie at the intersection of computer vision and computer graphics. More specifically, he is involved in fundamental/applied research covering the following areas: 3D reconstruction, photo-realistic rendering, feature extraction & classification, virtual & augmented reality. Charalambos is a senior member of IEEE and a member of the: ACM; Marie Curie Alumni Association (MCAA); ACM Cyprus Chapter (served in the management committee between 2010-2015); and British Machine Vision Association (BMVA).
